I will now go back to my “regularly scheduled program”, so to speak. Unless something special comes up no more terror-related posts will be posted/reblogged on A couplet short of a sonnet. The terror attack that struck Norway Friday has naturally been on every Norwegian channel 24/7 since it happened, and my family, like most Norwegians the last days, has been following the news for any new developments. The horrible images of death and destruction are on a seemingbly endless repeated loop, since there’s not all that much new information to provide. The number of dead are now 93. I’m emotionally drained, I’m numb, and I need a break.
So, ladies and gentlemen, in the spirit of denial and escapism, I intend to go back to happy posts only. Tumblr is a good distraction, and this blog will be my escape. Reality can wait a few hours.
